RETURN POLICY
We accept the return of unworn items if they are returned in sellable condition within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to the address indicated. After 14 days have gone by, a refund is no longer possible. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with these rules.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if the return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Your Return
To return your product, mail the package to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All refunds will contain only the purchase price, as all shipping fees and tax on shipping fees are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Walk Rite Shoes is not responsible for items lost or damaged when being returned. It is recommended that you keep a record of the condition of the product prior to returning it to Walk Rite Shoes, as well as the tracking details of the return shipment.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be delivered to us.
Once the returned item is received and processed by Walk Rite Shoes, and if you have complied with our return policies, you will be contacted with any details regarding the return (including the refund receipt).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after an appropriate amount of time, check your bank account again before proceeding to contact your credit card company and bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at walkriteshoestore@gmail.com and provide a brief explanation of the situation. We will follow up with you promptly.
